🌍📅 Earlier this year we celebrated the start-up of the new CO2 neutral utility complex at our customer! 📅 🌍
In a second phase, the existing production lines must be connected to the new utility networks. DEMA group designed the new pipe bridges with the pipes and all connections to the existing energy consumers in such a way that the impact on the running production line is minimal. The pipe bridges were pre-assembled on the ground floor to limit the safety risks as much as possible and to reduce the assembly time to the absolute minimum. The pre-assembly took one and a half months, the assembly of the finished pipe bridges one and a half days. Another success, now all that remains is to finish the assembly welds and fill the networks.
In a third phase, all consumers in the existing production units will be connected one by one to the new utility network. As a result, the customer’s entire production site will produce CO2 neutrally by the end of 2023. What an important step in achieving a climate neutral world!
